Hedins VVS is a small plumbing partner with big ambitions. They strive to be the benchmark for the industry in both customer satisfaction and professionalism. Hedins felt that their current brand did not represent them as a company and their ambitions and together we embarked on a comprehensive brand journey. Based on the realisation that their target audience had neither the knowledge nor the time to navigate the plumbing industry, we developed the brand promise "An everyday life free from interruptions" to position Hedins as a customer-centric partner. It also became the starting point for the visual identity that conveys simplicity, professionalism and innovation through a modern and simplistic design, strong colours and graphic elements that demonstrate the flow of water.
